Is shipping included?
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders will be processed and dispatched each business day (Monday – Friday). Ordered received before 12pm midday, will be dispatched same day. Orders placed on a Public Holiday or over a weekend will be processed and dispatched the following business day.
For standard delivery, allow 1 – 5 business days within metro areas.
Although we do our very best to have your gifts delivered as soon as possible, once the parcels are with the courier service and out of our hands, we do not have full control over the delivery. If you do experience any problems with delivery time frames, please contact our office so we are able to assist in finding a solution.

What if no one is home to receive the delivery?
Authority to leave will be standard for all deliveries. If no one is home to receive the delivery, the courier service will determine if there is safe to leave the parcel. If there is not a safe place to leave the parcel, there will be a second delivery attempt, before the parcel is delivered to the closest collection point and a card will be left with the collection details.
How is my order packed for shipping?
Your products are wrapped securely within the gift box with paper shred and Eco Wrap to secure any breakables. The gift box is then packed into a separate shipping box for extra protection during the journey.
Can my order be delivered on a specific day?
Please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to arrange your special delivery on a specific day.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver Australia-wide.
Will I receive notification when my gift has been delivered?
Shipping notifications will normally be sent to the contact details entered on checkout (be sure to put your contact details and not the recipients details, if you want it to be a surprise). If you do not receive notification that your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number from us with your order confirmation. You can use this tracking number in the couriers tracking service. Or alternatively, you can contact our office and we will look into this for you.
I haven’t received my parcel or a collection card, what now?
If you haven’t received your parcel or a card, you can contact the Sendle Support team with your Sendle Reference and they can help you get it sorted. If you are unable to resolve this with Sendle, please contact our office at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into this further for you
Order before 12pm for same day dispatch.
This applies to business days only. If your order is received before 12pm Midday on a business day, we will pack and dispatch your order on the same day. Although we will dispatch your order on the same day, unfortunately, due to reasons beyond our control, we are unable to guarantee same day collection by the couriers.
